These terms govern your use of the Tweetpilot website, browser extension, and dashboard, operated by Muhammad Zain. By using Tweetpilot you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Tweetpilot is a tool that helps you engage on X. It scans the timelines you choose, drafts replies in your voice, and lets you review them or post them on a human-paced schedule from your own browser. Tweetpilot is currently in a pre-launch stage and access is limited.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

You agree to use Tweetpilot responsibly. You will not use it to send spam, harass others, post misleading or unlawful content, or interfere with the service.

You are responsible for every reply posted from your X account, whether you posted it manually or approved it for auto-posting. Review your drafts before they go out.

Tweetpilot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp. X is a trademark of its owner.

Your use of X remains subject to X's own terms and policies, and you are responsible for complying with them. Tweetpilot does not control X and is not responsible for changes X makes to its platform.

Replies are generated by an AI model and are suggestions only. They may be inaccurate or unsuitable. You decide what to post, and you are responsible for the content once it is published.

Tweetpilot is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Features may change, break, or be removed, and the service may be unavailable at times. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tweetpilot and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the service, including any action taken on your X account.

We may update the service and these terms over time. When we change these terms, we will update the date shown at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
